Custom or personalised wooden boards (including engraving requests) may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the request.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email where available. Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier.
5. Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom wooden boards are made based on the details provided at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom information (such as engraving text or design input) is accurate before placing the order.
Processing times for customised products may be longer than standard items.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a delay occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking the shipment.
7. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- The order may be delayed or returned
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
